1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and product availability.
  • Delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • Tracking information (if available) will be shared once the product is dispatched.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient absence.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method.
  • Custom orders, used items, and sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Warranty & Repairs

  • Bicycles and accessories are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
  • CycleKom provides repair and maintenance services, which may be subject to additional fees and terms.
